People at the Mental Health Foundation

Founded in 1949, the Mental Health Foundation is a charity working in the UK. As well as our staff, we have a patron, president, vice presidents and trustees.

We have 60 members of staff working across two offices. Our staff do research, develop services, design training, provide information, influence policy and raise awareness.

To do this, we work closely with individual service users and advisory groups in mental health and learning disabilities. Their advice informs our current and future work.

We also work with service providers, consultants, policy makers and academics throughout the UK and in other countries.

As a charity, we rely on our supporters and volunteers to help us deliver our work by getting involved.
