Booklet, poster and postcards Mental Health Action Week 2008

For this year's Mental Health Action Week, we are encouraging people to understand anger and how it affects their mental health and daily life.

Anger is one of the most basic human emotions. It is one of our most powerful and vital tools. It is necessary to our survival as individuals and in communities.

But it can do harm to individual health and wellbeing and it can occasionally contribute to violence and tragedy.

We want you to get involved by using our materials to find out more about anger and promote the week. We want to raise public awareness about anger and how it affects mental health and everyday life.

This year we are also supplying a fundraising pack for individuals and organisations who want to raise awareness and funds during Mental Health Action Week.
