Mental Health Action Week

Every Spring, we use Mental Health Action Week to raise awareness of mental health issues across the country.

Mental Health Action Week is a annual diary event to campaign on an issue that is related to the mental health of the general population. We reach individuals, organisations, mental health groups, schools and workplaces.
