We have produced a new booklet called 'Keeping Us Going' for people who have a mental health problem and for their friends. It looks at the effect of mental health problems on friendship from both viewpoints. It suggests ways that friends can support each other and keep their friendship going when times are tough.
We have also created a series of 3 posters to raise awareness of friendship and mental health.
All of the photographs that feature in the booklet and posters were taken by Spencer Rowell, the photographer behind the iconic ‘Man and Baby’ poster in the 1980s.
The people in the photographs are real friends who have chosen to share their stories with us.
