Get involved with the Mental Health Foundation in 2009

Are you thinking about supporting a mental health charity in 2009? If so, there is a range of ways to get involved with Mental Health Foundation this year and make a difference to people's lives.

Want to get active this year?

Set yourself a goal and take part in a challenge of a lifetime! We have a range of challenge events to suit different levels of physical activity, from trekking the Peruvian Andes to the Flora London Marathon.

Want to raise some money by selling unwanted Christmas presents?

eBay is an online auction where you can sell your unwanted Christmas presents and donate a percentage to the Mental Health Foundation whilst raising awareness about mental health.

Want to go sales shopping online and raise money at the same time?

Give or Take  is an online marketplace where you can shop at some top 500 online stores and get a percentage of your money back.  It is then your decision whether to keep this money, or donate it to charity.

Want to get your friends together and raise awareness and funds?

With our help you can set up a committee and have fun raising awareness and funds for mental health. From coffee mornings to sponsored walks, a committee can be a great way to stay in touch with your friends whilst supporting a charity. Call Sarah on 0207 803 1123 or email skingston@mhf.org.uk  to find out more.

Want to have you say about mental health?

There are a range of ways for you to tell us your views about mental health and our work. From posting a message on the bulletin boards to joining the policy and campaigns panel.
Have your say!
