Cycle for mental health!

Steven Hargreaves and Matt Kennedy are taking part in a cycling challenge from Land's End to John O' Groats to raise money in aid of the Foundation. You can read more about this incredible challenge and show your support by visiting their sponsorship page

As part of their fundraising, they have got together with the Jazz Café in Reading to host a Charity Chuckle night in aid of the Mental Health Foundation.
